-
Bathroom
Please only flush toilet paper down the toilet. Do not flush paper towels, newspapers, diapers, baby wipes, personal hygiene items, tissues, or cigarette butts down the commode. These items will clog the lines and cause an overflow.
-
Kitchen
Please do not pour grease down the sink or disposal. This will clog the pips an could cause damage to the disposal. The disposal is used for small food scraps while rinsing off your plates.
-
Emergency Water Cut-Offs
It has come to our attention during an overflow of a toilet, washer, or sink that many residents do not know where the emergency water cut-offs are located.
Commodes - There is a valve behind the toilet that will need to be tightened to stop the water from flowing into the toilet.
Kitchen and Bath Sinks - You can access a valve under the sink by opening the cabinet under the sink. The valve will need to be tightened to turn the water supply off.
-
Parking Lot
There is only one way in and one way out of the complex. You enter on Bernard Street and exit on Willwwood Street. Please do not exit on Bernard Street or you may hit a vehicle that is coming in the gate.
-
Gate Codes
To limit outside access to the property, please do not share the gate code with anyone who is not a resident.
-
Bicycles
Please keep all bikes on the bike racks, not in the hallway. Storing bikes in the hall hinders the accessibility of emergency services and creates a safety hazard.
-
Front Door Area
Personal doormats, plants, and other items must be kept clean and well cared for or they will be thrown away. If water falls on the floor when watering plants, wipe it up immediately to avoid damaging the floor.
-
Dogs
Please be responsible and pick up after them to keep the area clean for everyone to use.
